Tip of the Week

If you have been placed on probation keep a log of all contact that you have with the Department of Probation. I always recommend purchasing a good old fashioned black and white composition notebook (the pages are not easily ripped out and they are sturdy). Keep track of each day that you visit probation, the days that you are drug tested and anytime that you call in by detailing the date, time and individual spoken to. If you are ever violated this log is an important piece of evidence that your attorney will need to review to determine your compliance with probation rules.
