Most people have a Facebook page. Generally, these pages do not cause any
issues for individuals. However, if you have an Order of Protection issued
against you the best advice I can give is to block the person who got
the Order of Protection against you. This will ensure that information
is not accidentally sent out that could violate the terms of the Order
of Protection. Sharing a simple memory from years ago could accidentally
link to someone and violate the stay away provisions of an Order of Protection.
While this is unintentional and you may not have even realized that it
occurred, it could still be deemed by a Judge to be a violation. Don’t
put yourself in that position and simply block the individual so nothing
is transmitted to the protected individual accidentally.
